Refund policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

ALMA BLUE sales are final. 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. This is our policy because once this item is sent to you, for health and sanitation reasons, we can not resell the piece.  So please take the time you need to choose something that you think will work best for you. 

We do not accept returns or refunds on custom made items.

 

If an item is damaged as a result of quality or got damaged during shipping (which can happen on rare occasions,) customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. 

ALMA BLUE reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
